The Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative program is executive education for current and future rep firm owners and managers. CPMR® candidates invest one week annually for three years to gain knowledge and insight into operating a more effective and profitable rep firm. In addition, they acquire an international network of colleagues from many industries.
Training is a top priority at Finn & Conway. Our staff receives regular training on all products represented. They also participate in numerous sales and marketing classes and seminars during the year including general sales, value selling, customer relations, and market analysis. Our people know what they're selling and how to sell it!
In addition to participating in the CPRM training for 2019, other team members attended the 2018 CSP Course in Chicago, IL. in early October. This course also provides an excellent framework for account management, sales call preparation, personality differences and many other extremely valuable tools that help the sales force focus and see the 'Big Picture'.
