Finn & Conway Operations During Covid-19 Outbreak
In response to the worldwide outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Finn & Conway has taken steps to maintain business continuity while protecting the health and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers. We remain committed to continue to serve our customer’s critical operations and have taken precautionary measures to ensure that we can do so while maintaining a safe environment for our team.
Finn & Conway is accepting, entering and acknowledging orders and are working with our manufacturers to stay up-to-date on production and delivery times.
Our disaster recovery plan included capabilities to allow Sales, Customer Service and Management personnel to work remotely through VoIP Phone System & Remote Login Capabilities. We put this plan into motion on March 19th. We have instituted a plan that allows for shipping/receiving to limit the times of day personnel are required at our offices.
Our first priority is to protect the safety of our most valuable resource, our employees! We continue to monitor government and public health organization communications and will adjust guidelines accordingly.
